 Sunset Village 1 & 2 Hua Hin

Custom Homes for those that demand the very best.

We at Hot Properties were given the discreet honor of meeting with Khun Charlie, and Khun Lanthom, the visionaries behind Sunset Village 1 and 2.

To give you some back ground on the project – work commenced on Sunset Village 1 in 2002.  By the mid year 2005, 16 homes on Sunset Village 1 were completely sold out and building was completely finished by March 2006.  Based on this fine heritage of custom built homes with a paramount concern of quality, customers and residents alike pleaded with the developers and gave them the confidence to commence work on Sunset Village 2.  Although Sunset Village 2 has the scope to be a bigger project, there are 42 plots of land ranging from 600 – 1,370 sqm, only about 30 homes are planned to be built on the project.  The reason behind this is that most customers choose to take double plots and the developers themselves would prefer customers have bigger plots of land which gives them more garden space and enhanced privacy aspects.  This also allows customers to build bigger homes, if they choose, and the lusciously developed landscaping lends a better image of “living in the tropics”.  The price range for these custom built Tropical homes is from 7.5 million Baht to about 15 million Baht.

Kiri Montra Hua Hin

The main concept behind Kiri Montra is a Thai styled modern home that lets you enjoy living with amazing view and nature.  This is also the reason behind keeping as may trees as we can on site.

Kiri Montra in the most literal sense actually means “Mountains with a magical charm.”

The project started work in March 2006 and is hoped to be completed by December 2008.

R. Jan Dulpichai Komolvanich from the Ayuthaya Museum was the main architect and designer behind the project.  You may see evidence of his work around Thailand as he was the main guiding force behind the Siam Niramit and Daratevi in Chiang Mai.

Everything you see, and every design cue has been lifted out of Ayuthaya and brought here to Hua Hin.  Every single stone, brick and furnishing that one can see on site at the development, including the workers, stone masons, wood workers and sculptors have been brought to Hua Hin from Ayuthaya.
