Kiri Montra Hua Hin
The
main concept behind Kiri Montra is a
Thai styled modern home that lets you
enjoy living with amazing view and
nature. This is also the reason behind
keeping as may trees as we can on site.
Kiri Montra in the most literal sense
actually means “Mountains with a magical
charm.”
The project started work in March 2006
and is hoped to be completed by December
2008.
R. Jan Dulpichai Komolvanich from the
Ayuthaya Museum was the main architect
and designer behind the project. You
may see evidence of his work around
Thailand as he was the main guiding
force behind the Siam Niramit and
Daratevi in Chiang Mai.
Everything you see, and every design cue
has been lifted out of Ayuthaya and
brought here to Hua Hin. Every single
stone, brick and furnishing that one can
see on site at the development,
including the workers, stone masons,
wood workers and sculptors have been
brought to Hua Hin from Ayuthaya.
