Sunshine Mountain Homes is a small project consisting of 16 bungalow homes set on five Rai of land.  The project is situated on the popular Khao Dang Mountain, five km West of Hua Hin’s town center, off the road to Pala-U.  Each bungalow has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully functional European-style kitchen and pool, if required.

‘Khao Dang’ is popular with foreign buyers due to it’s peaceful and scenic nature, which provides an escape from the hustle of town life, and yet all the amenities of Hua Hin are just a short ride away.  The project is not overlooked by any 2 storey houses and is surrounded by lush palm and coconut trees.

The homes are built to a very high standard, utilizing only high quality materials.  We have employed a professional architect, based in Hua Hin, who has designed the bungalows and specified all the structural elements.

Project Update

The project has been very popular to date with 11 plots now having being sold.  Just 5 plots remain with Phase 2 coming shortly.

Design Drawings:

Architectural and structural drawings were produced for the project by a respected local Hua Hin company.

The drawings detail floor plans, house elevations (front side and back), roof structure, all structural areas of the houses (footings, columns, beams etc), plumbing/drainage and doors/windows.

The drawings have been approved and signed off by the local housing department, and a full set is provided with each house purchase.

Tropical Ocean View is a 7- storey stylish condominium set on a large (5 Rai) plot with over 70% of the site given over to landscaped gardens and pools. The 125 units have an open aspect with most having views over the lush gardens to both the hills and the sea. The units have been designed with privacy in mind – yet all will catch the ocean breeze. Units range from 88-135 sqm GFA (gross floor area) and all have a minimum of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Every unit has generous balconies with many having sun terraces as well.

Power supply, cabling, telephone, satellite TV, ADSL internet connections for every unit and all other building services are to high standards. Fire service control includes smoke detectors and comprehensive hose points which are updated to the latest condominium building standards.
